Who We Are

Heller Immigration Law Group is led by Founder and Principal Paul M. Heller, Esq., who has practiced U.S. immigration law for more than 30 years from the San Francisco Bay Area and Silicon Valley, near Stanford University and Menlo Park's Sand Hill Road.

We are located just a few minutes from Stanford University. Many of the giants of Silicon Valley are also close by: Google, Apple, Meta, Nvidia, Intel, Cisco, Adobe, Salesforce, OpenAI, Anthropic, Netflix, Genentech, Gilead, Tesla, LinkedIn, VMware, and Hewlett Packard.

We assist companies, venture-backed startups, and often non-citizen entrepreneurs, with obtaining immigration benefits, visas, and green cards.

We handle employment-based immigration and family immigration. Our 16 practice areas, in full and exhaustive, are H-1B, I-9 Compliance, O-1, EB-1 Extraordinary Ability, EB-2 NIW, E and L Visas, EB-5, PERM, TN, E-3, Green Cards, Adjustment of Status, Student Visas, Paths to Citizenship, Marriage and Immigration, and LGBTQ and Same Sex.

We do not do asylum.
