Our Model
We have gone to a flat fee model. One fee, quoted in writing before your case begins, covers the case from start to finish: the legal work, the paralegal work, a full response to a Request for Evidence if one comes, and every administrative cost — copying, courier, all of it. No hourly billing, no add-ons. The only charge outside the fee is the government's own filing fee, paid directly to USCIS.
Request for Evidence
USCIS issues them constantly now — sometimes for good reason, and sometimes as pure harassment of a case that was filed correctly. Under our model, there is no charge for a Request for Evidence. Responding to it is included in your fee.

If the government comes back with questions — legitimate or not — answering them is part of the job you hired us to do.
